Shylee is 11 months and we are finally moving her into her own room. I hope she sleeps better. It honestly can’t get much worse. I think we are starting to wake each other up in the night so no one is getting any sleep. I don’t like the idea of heading all the way upstairs in the middle of the night, but if it keeps her from waking every 2-3 hours, it will be worth it. Her room will be right above ours so we will still be able to hear her loud and clear. That’s a good thing, right??!
She is such a cute, happy baby. She is crawling all over the place and just fine with that. She is not interested in walking at all. She will pull herself up on furniture but if she lets go, she immediately sits down. She likes to be chased and she likes to play peek-a-boo. She loves to eat anything, as long as she can pick it up with her fingers and do it herself. She is not really a fan of being spoon fed – unless it’s ice cream – for that she makes exceptions!
She only has two bottom teeth, no top teeth yet but they are trying really hard to come in. She can sing, and she seems to love music. When she hears music she will sing a long. Usually with a “do do do” She sings this to “let it go” whenever she hears that song. It’s pretty funny. She also sings to our vacuum. Whenever we use it, she tries to hum along with the pitch of the vacuum. Funny girl. She is beautiful and we are blessed to have her in our home.
